I assume you mean how close you are to the limit of the project, as visible on the dashboard at for example https://eu1.storj.io/new-project-dashboard.
We are currently trialing a REST API for this (docs). I do like your suggestion to make the limits available through Uplink.
You can contact support to request access to the REST API.

I have consulted with the dev team. Unfortunately, the REST API is not yet quite ready for use by customers in production.
