Can I change my config.yml file and restart for new settings?

I want to change my wallet address, can I just change it inside my config.yml file and then restart my service in eg. Windows?

And the second, is all the order variables in the config file, default if I did not changed inside?

Not sure I understand this. The other variables inside the config file are what they say they are regardless of whether you changed them or not. Don’t know how the Windows version works exactly though, so wait for somebody else to enlighten us.
