Can it be that cause of low fees only the outstanding payments are paid of the last months excluded February?
Because I have get paypment but it is too low accumulated with february!

Please, open your dashboard, click the Payout information, navigate to the Info & Estimations and select February 2021, you can see a distributed amount and undistributed too.

You can also navigate to the Payout history and expand each satellite, you can see the distributed amount for each satellite. You can go to the past and see, is it distributed as well.

So, you can be pretty sure - is it paid or not. You can also confirm that on Etherscan (for L1 payouts) and/or on https://zkscan.io/ for L2 zkSync payouts.
