It looks like it can’t find the Storj drive or files, but I can at the same location …
The path is in the wrong format: O:\Storj\blobs … there are extra \ things … how do I fix that? … wait … I posted “O:\Storj\blobs” but the post is correcting it to a single \ … ok … that’s not working either … how about a picture …

This suggests the whole node is not running, not just the dashboard. Please check your config.yaml file for the backup location to see if it includes a “\\”.
Also more of the logs would probably be helpful, there is nothing listed which shouldn’t be seen.
@Stob is right - your node is not running. How did you setup it?
Because it’s missing files which should be created during setup.
Have you removed/erased drive after setup? If so - please, delete identity from %AppData%\Storj\Identity\storagenode, uninstall storagenode and start from scratch - create a new identity, sign it with a new authorization token and setup the storagenode.
If you tried to setup manually, then please do setup with storagenode setup, you need to specify a lot of options, starting from --config-dir and ending with --storage.path, see storagenode setup --help
If you use the installer, then it should setup everything for you.

I set it up months ago and haven’t touched it … it just stopped working all of a sudden … all those things it says it can’t see are accessible and have not changed since setup …

I would guess something has happened to the permissions as my blobs folder has the same permissions as the main Storj and the storage-dir-verification.
Also the error points to a permissions problem - “CreateFile O:\Storj\blobs: The system cannot find the path specified.”
Not only on the blobs folder but other files and folders within O:\Storj\ so you should try adding ‘BUILTIN\Administrators’ - Full Control permissions on everything within the Storj folder.
I’m trying all the possible permissions for everyone …

The Storj folder and all subfolders and files should have permissions not for Administrators group, but for SYSTEM user, because the storagenode service is running under SYSTEM, not Administrators.
I would recommend to do not make Administrators as an owner, having this group as an owner could trigger the Windows UAC protection, but the confirmation screen would be hidden, because files accessed by the service (it has no access to GUI), as result the service will got an “Access Denied”.
So, please, made SYSTEM as an owner of all underlying objects under the Storj recursively. If you have a “CREATOR-OWNER” group in your access list - please, remove it recursively too.
