I’m running a couple of nodes, but 1 of them with different -e WALLET....
If I switch this option to primary wallet in a parameter command cause this any harm or errors to a working node.
In what period I can make this to not to loose the storage payout? (if it affects somehow).
Just stop and remove the container and then start it with the new WALLET parameter.
You can change it until the payments are processed. You won’t lose any payments. In the worst case it would be paid to the old address.
