Are ARM devices still on 21.1?
My PI is still 21.1 but my debian VM is 21.3

My PI 3 upgraded as usual to 0.21.3

I just brought it online last night and the docker pull did 21.1.
overnight Watchtower took it to 21.3.
all good now
