CLAIM your current owing for last month now!

Due to censorship on this forum:
I advise everyone to claim the balance of what they were shown to be owing at the end of last month, and the tokens they hold now to the referenced address as provided by storj.

community@storj. whatever it was.

NOW.

There may well be a break in trust, and you wouldn’t want to miss out on a claim, I’m sure.

Any further action would require your own prudence and advice of real counsel, to independently file a personal petition of debt.

I don’t know the US law. But what I have found:

Creditors generally must file proofs of claim to obtain a distribution of estate assets.
The time period by which proofs of claim must be filed is not set by statute.
Rather, the bankruptcy court sets the date (known as a bar date) by which all
claims must be filed
. A failure to comply with the ordered time limit may result in
extinguishment of the creditor’s claim.
Once claims are filed, the debtor has the ability to object to claims and the
bankruptcy court has jurisdiction to adjudicate and liquidate most types of claims.

I don’t know if there is such a date already. And it would be weird to file a claim with the bankrupt company and not directly with the court.
But again, I don’t know how this is handled in the US.

We don’t even know how much they owe us.
Sats are reporting no data, and bloom filters for us1 are still missing.

Let me put this here again:

Obviously there are ways to receive the official court documents:

This is the only easily accessible sources that I have found so far. Unfortunately they are not free.

The court offers case info here in several ways:

Why are you so sure?

Not sayin’ anything, except your intentions have been represented to the company, in good faith, and you have some proof of that via e-mail.

It also lets the company know, they must represent it in addition and simultaneously to anything they may represent to the court regarding potential token ownership, ie: make a duress addendum to the ‘form’ they put out; just add your numbers on there, in whatever line available.

It’s all connected. Without doing anything, some dealine may come and go and you end up with no rights. It’s an act of simple self preservation, should it come to it. Misguided or not, it would not hurt to do so and in the end may be advantageous.

The title sounds a little bit dramatic. Storj Inc. doesn’t have any tokens from few months i guess. What do You want to claim as a SNO, maybe heldamounts, but thats it.

I understand. What I meant was the original message implied that any SNO by necessity would want to be involved in this. This may not be the case.

For example, I personally don’t. I don’t want any fractional shares in the company, any tokens, equity, any perceived rights or claims on anything, or anything else. I want my involvement to stay limited to flaming on then forum, running nodes, and receiving some money, in USD, month over month.

My investment porfolio is doing fine, and I’m not looking to add storj to it, be that via this nebulous promise or normal shares, or what have you.

That’s what I meant.
