Cloudflare Captcha won't let me login/sign in

Hi, I simply inform before details, since today Cloudflare captcha is impossible to pass, even the VPN disabled, hence as a regular media storage user which never disables their VPN I have been login to us1.storj.io frictionless for long time from various exits. It must be about allowed/disallowed IP list. Maybe it is Cloudflare’s shame; they must be working on it recently.

I used Vultr for years for test VPS environments. About a month ago I tried to login, got a Google reCaptha, tried a couple of times to pass it (motorcycles, bikes, etc), wrote to support, they told me I had to work it out with Google (???), and I ended up having to close my account, which Vultr had to do because I couldn’t even login. No VPN, had adblocks disabled, etc. I’ve had better luck with Cloudflare, but maybe it’s getting bad too lately.

I’ve bad experience with CF, only when using VPN I could get pass the check.

So you say it must be the exit IPs of the VPN services getting banned in time and we will wait for the new once from the companies?

I think its better Storj develops its own personalized verification wall, could be a fork of Anubis, maybe…?

I will need to be able to login soon to deploy new payment, that’s my recent concern.

Yes, probably that, in my case, it is the reverse, my IP address banned, VPN help me pass it.

Currently Storj have 3 captchas and they enable CF:

# https://us1.storj.io/api/v0/config
  "captcha": {
    "login": {
      "recaptcha": {
        "enabled": false,
        "siteKey": ""
      },
      "hcaptcha": {
        "enabled": false,
        "siteKey": ""
      },
      "turnstile": {
        "enabled": true,
        "siteKey": "0x4AAAAAAEA1XcxDLst0XNl7"
      }
    },
    "registration": {
      "recaptcha": {
        "enabled": false,
        "siteKey": ""
      },
      "hcaptcha": {
        "enabled": false,
        "siteKey": ""
      },
      "turnstile": {
        "enabled": true,
        "siteKey": "0x4AAAAAAEA1hb2ppPPHO1Xj"
      }
    }
  },

You can just use a VPN to get pass login, personally I would use hcaptcha, it slightly annoy user when login/register but it never fail me.

We used hCaptcha. But I guess that they costs more than Cloudflare.
