Connection timed out

Node Operators troubleshooting

I deleted the storage and reinstalled it to change the log capacity, but this log appears and I can’t run it.

Looking at old posts, I see posts saying that the ISP has blocked access, and I have no idea how to solve this…
(It seems like an error appears every time I touch it)

There is no easy solution. If you would be not from China, then I would suggest to change your public IP with your ISP, if that possible…
But for the Great Firewall it could not help likely. I’m afraid, that you would need to use VPN services like portmap.io, PIA, AirVPN, PureVPN, your own VPN server, etc.
