Considering to stop my node: 5 months node, 0.94TB of 8TB only

Am I doing something wrong?
Started the node begin of January! Now, ± 5 months later and still 0.94TB, never received a cent out of it.
It says 2TB, but the disk is 8TB, sitting idle, waiting the node to grow!

Internet: Germany, 300down/150up. speedtest.net ping is ±25ms (tested in different european servers).

Around 2TB/year/subnet sounds reasonable: compared to others. But yes your node thinks it’s capped at 2TB. That could be defined in your docker startup command, or your docker-compose.xml… or even your config.yaml. Check your start command first.

As for your payouts… you’re still early in your withholding period. The first three months 75% of your earnings were banked… and the fourth+fifth months 50% were banked. And then even with what’s left-over… there’s minimum payouts based on ETH fees (if you chose the ETH network: last month the minimum was $0.21). Check the “Payout Information >” link in your node UI to see how much you’ve earned so far.

I started on 30 jan and I have 3TB occupied. I live in EU too. Maybe you are not alone in your public /24 subnet and you share the ingress with others.
Your ping is also very high; the ADSL si obsolete. Try switching to optic fiber. I have like 4-5ms. Having high latency makes you loose races.
Also, if you use VPN, there’s another delay…
It seems you don’t know how to setup your node properly; the community can help; give more details about your setup (hardware, os, docker or not) and what params you set in run command and config.

I started around October 2024, I’m the only one on the subnet, I’m at 3.21TB. Location Finland 1000M/1000M fiber with decent backbone network to major EU networks.
