Could cloud computer providers be a partner for Storj DCS?

I came across this provider: Plans and Pricing | Cloud service provider Serverspace
They offer S3 compatible object storage in their data centers for 18 Euros per TB.
Does anybody have an idea what estimated profit margin that is? I am just wondering if such a company could benefit from offering Storj DCS to their customers, maybe as less expensive additional storage option or maybe even as substitution to their own object storage?
I would love to see something like that.

But Storj charges $4 per TB and I was just thinking if such a company could benefit from offering Storj DCS object storage either instead of or additionally to their own? So a customer could choose between expensive and bound to their data centers or cheaper and decentralized.

They could also use storj silently without telling their customers and just make profit with the price difference.
