Please, remove all Watchtower instances:

Watchtower 0.3.8-patch1

if you have issues with respawning multiple instances of watchtower, you can kill them all (powershell/bash): docker rm --force $(docker ps -qf ancestor=storjlabs/watchtower) and run only one instance

Then run it back: Software Updates - Storj Docs
And as @baker said - please update the storagenode manually ASAP: Software Updates - Storj Docs

Regarding upgrade of the Docker desktop - if you plan to switch to wsl2, then - yes.
