On your screen with time sync. looks like everything is OK, on ubuntu, it is systemd-timesyncd service that responsible for NTP synchronization and it working fine on your side. On your screenshot in the first post, I see that your tray clock is showing local time (CET timezone), but storage node show time on UTC timezone it’s normal and you no need to worry.
