Hello, I had a hard drive crash after 6 months of continuous use. The problem is that the drive completely failed, losing everything suddenly. So I decided to install a new drive and reconfigure the system (however, I no longer have the data from the old drive), and I have a satellite that has blocked me.

What I don’t understand is that, in theory, it should refill the lost data. Isn’t that the purpose of Storj’s repair function?

After losing data, you are losing trust.
So you have to start from beginning to gain trust again.
storj will repair it, but it will not send it to you as storj now cant trust your node.

Old node is dead. You must create a new identity for new node.
