I get this docker error, when I try to start docker on Windows 10 Enterprise. I have a second node running with the gui. Can I maybe switch the docker node to another gui instance ? I tried to reboot a few times and I also checked the HyperV options in my UEFI. It worked a few days ago.
Try to disable Hyper-V in the “Turn Windows features on or off” and reboot, then enable it back and reboot.
If doesn’t help - you can try to upgrade the Docker desktop.
