As the upload rejected, too many requests message is an explicit effect of the node’s configuration, it is weird that it is logged with a level of ERROR. Would it make sense to downgrade it to INFO?
No, you should not restrict users to use your storagenode in a first place.
Please, remove or comment out the storage2.max-concurrent-requests: and restart the storagenode.
