So that means transferring a file from one party to another means the upload party requires 4 hrs to upload and after that the download party requires 4 hrs to download = 8 hrs for a single file transfer.
Now with multipart in place I wonder if download could not commence right from the first uploaded piece. Meaning that the downloader does not have to wait until the complete file has been uploaded, but could be able to download the pieces one by one as they are uploaded until he has enough to rebuilt the file?
Could or would that decrease transfer times?
