Email about suspension for errors, but can't find any

Google and site search didn’t help. There was one similar, but theirs showed a drop in suspension score and appears to have been related to daylight savings. I got an email today saying that I was suspended on europe-north-1 due to too many errors on audit, but my dashboard shows perfect scores in suspension and audit. I also found no errors when greping thru the logs.

I was offline for a prolonged period of time when I moved from Hawaii back to the mainland and the ap1 satellite never seemed to recover, but I never got any suspension notice so I’ve been letting it play out.
Any advice?

Please check your firewall and firewall of your ISP - it should not block any traffic to/from your node and that satellite.
You can also try to reboot your router.
