Hello Alexey, would you be so kind and can you check with someone how to enable the hashstore in 1.119rc version? I was poking around in the 1.118 code but it was not clear to me which option to use, not sure if it was even implemented in that version. And what would be the various options to configure, such as separate directory for the hashstore log file (if that was implemented) etc? I have a free SSD and would like to start a node with the hashstore backend to see how that will go.

I have a rough idea, how to do it, so it’s better to wait for @littleskunk.
Please note, it’s Alpha, so there are bugs, thus your node could be disqualified because of them.
But if you are ok with that, then you can modify the satellite-named file in the hashstore subfolder in your storage location.
The content of this file is self-explanatory. I do not have much details, how to enable the online migration though, but you may use the slow migration for now, like using a new store for new uploads and TTLs. Not sure, that the background migration is actually works, maybe it’s, maybe not.
If you do not have a hashstore subfolder, you cannot enable the hashstore backend yet, wait for a release.
