Hello,

I signed up on the forum only to comment on what I see right now.

The judgment, the technical problem that has arisen concerning the downtime of the node storage (as by chance), and the very doubtful communication to the hosters to invest into your company is not at all reassuring.

The post who report the technical problem was hidden a few hours ago also raises questions and is not reassuring.

All this gives the impression of a scam exit coming, you will tell us that this is not the case (who would say otherwise?), but it doesn’t reassure us.

Storj’s exchange price is in free fall.

Personally, I have 5 node for a total of 76 TB for several years now, I would not wait for judgment to see if I would be paid or not.

I will completely stop the storage nodes on August 15 by exiting gracefully if the payment was made, if not without exiting gracefully, because for me trust is broken and Storj is dead.

End of adventure for me, and It’s too bad Storj’s end ends like this.

I’m sorry to see you go, but I understand. Please come check on us every 6 months or so (assuming we exit Chapter 11) to see what’s new!

But if you get paid… within a couple weeks… you’ll stay? Your concerns can be solved with money?

why wait? start GE now, You will get some additional money, 30 days will pass faster, because looks like court decision is delayed to 24/08 so probably no payout until too Storj Labs Inc. Bankruptcy (5:26-bk-00512), West Virginia Northern Bankruptcy Court

I have no decision-making power, but I can stop working to express disagreement.

If the company fails to meet its commitments, it’s the problem of Storj company, not mine.
