Error: cache Get disk Space usage query failed : permission denied, Node not found

It doesn’t really explain what to do. This is regarding my post from here:

Thank you @jocelyn for putting it up earlier. I got a reply after a while. Still getting errors though.

@littleskunk I think the error this was about is

ERROR nodestats:cache Get disk space usage query failed {“error”: "node stats service error: rpc error: code = PermissionDenied desc = node not found: "

@I_Seth you can ignore the error about an untrusted peer. That one is caused by an untrusted satellite trying to get information from your node and being rightfully denied.

Please, check your ADDRESS option and make sure that the external address from it is resolved to the current public IP. You can see your public IP there: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

To check your external address:

nslookup your.external.address 8.8.8.8

The IP from the output should be the same as on yougetsignal.

3 posts were merged into an existing topic: Server rpc error: code = PermissionDenied desc = info requested from untrusted peer

This is not a solution for this thread.

Is your node online?

No, please see thread Nodestats:cache Get disk space usage query failed

I have put there different screenshots of my situation. Sorry I am responding from different account because your forum suggested to wait 19 hours for me to add a new post as I am a new user.

I dont have GUI I can only access my terminal, How do I check my port is open or not. Please help I have this same issue of Get Disk Space usage Query failed

You can check to see if your port is open to the world here:

Man, I cannot use any browser its my remote connection of Linux via SSH.

Ok, can you post your docker run command?

You can use yougetsignal from any system. Doesn’t have to be the node system, just enter the domain or IP you use for the node.
