I experienced a power failure a while ago, and upon restarting the node, I encountered this error. I’ve verified that the database is functioning properly, and port forwarding is also enabled. After searching the forum for solutions related to my issue, it seems that most suggestions point to either a port forwarding problem or a database issue. Beyond these possibilities, I’m uncertain about how to resolve this. Could someone provide assistance with this issue?

It’s ether DDNS does not resolve to your external IP, or port forwarding is broken (local IP changed).

Try to reach your node from the phone (LTE/Cellular) on the URL and port that you report to satellites, and see if you actually get the AllHealthy=true response.

This is true only for Linux environment. On Windows my node is running perfectly fine but I get

While on Linux you get AllHealthy=true along with statuses of all the satellites with Disqualified, Suspended and other key-value pairs. I wonder why this happens.

Interesting. Maybe some minor failure not accompanied with a detailed message.

Either way, for this case here we are looking for getting any valid json response, that would ensure node is reachable.

I finally found the issue, the config.yaml file somehow changes my port number after the power failure. It is working now and thanks everyone who had helped.

This is regulated by these options:

You need to issue the setup command with the --help flag to get help on available configuration options, i.e.

docker exec -it storagenode /app/storagenode setup --help
