Failing to settle orders on Europe-North Satellite

Anyone else seeing similar issues on their nodes to settle orders?

I’m seeing this same issue on all three nodes with the Europe-North satellite.

Unsent orders stop sending on old version

I just reviewed payouts this month and noticed that my node had 0 payout this month. I manually updated the node executable from 1.12.3 to 1.13.3 (as well as the updater). I also found thousands of these orders unsent which have started processing down since updating/restarting. What is the role of the orders DB and would this error (which persisted all through September based on my logs) affect payouts in October? Ah, sorry. Knew about that thread, but knew that it was originally started as an issue with nodes still on 1.12 after 1.13 was rolled out to the docker nodes.
