Filezilla: Failed to retrieve directoy listing

I created an Access Grant with default settings All Buckets.
After copying the Access Grant to Filezilla (free) I am unable to see the buckets.
Error message is Failed to retrieve directoy listing:

When I select a specific bucket and create an Access Grant then it works and the bucket gets listed.

Can you list objects with the same Access grant from uplink?

What’s version of FileZilla?

Just checked with the new access grant - it’s working without issues with eu1.storj.io from FileZilla

I have tried to access from a different computer = Same result
I have tried to access different account on different satellite = Works

So my guess would be that some of my buckets on the EU1 account are in a broken state that Filezilla cannot resolve and therefore denies the listing of all buckets.
I guess if I would make an Access Grant for each bucket then I might be able to identify which ones will not load and cause the complete list to fail.

If you generated an access grant in the browser, could you please try to remove cookies and cache for the eu1.storj.io site, then try to create access grant for all buckets again?
Also, how many buckets do you have? I have only a few buckets (less than 15).
And you didn’t say - is the same “broken” access grant work in uplink (thus we can separate the web issue from FileZilla issue)?

Not working, no change.

I have not tested with Uplink.
