Graceful exit does nothing

I ran the “graceful exit” command to exit all satellites, and left it for about 3 weeks. I see that nothing has happened:

However I did see a bunch of DNS errors at various points. I don’t have DNS issues on my box. Should I just pull the plug on the docker container?

Graceful exit doesn’t show progress… it will look like nothing is happening for 30 days… then it will magically complete.
