I am not in the EU but I do believe the specific org responsible is the European External Action Service (EEAS). That said enforcement is handled at the member level from my understanding so it seems to be a bit more complex
damm, i just did some shallow investigation, in Denmark the punishment would be a big fine or 5 years of free rent and boarding in a very geographic confined space (jailtime)
so yeah i see why there are options to filter out storage nodes at the satellite level
even thou there are a very big boatfull og settings and its hard to figure out how they should be set etc, some of them start to make sense
