Can you try another browser? Or if you have some kind of blocker on?
please deactivate any ad-blockers and PiHole and be sure to only use Chrome, Firefox or Edge browsers during sign up
I am having similar issues even after disabling pihole and privacy add-ons. I cannot get the prompts to progress to take my email address.
