Help with multinode not getting online

Please, check the IP of the host with storagenode N2:

ipconfig | findstr /i "IPv4"

And make sure that it’s match the IP in the port forwarding rule.
Then check your port 28968 on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ while node is running.

Same ip and port is openned

Do you have any outgoing rules in the Windows Firewall? If so, please, remove or disable them.
Do you have any advanced firewall or antivirus? If so, please, add the storagenode and storagenode-updater services and data folder to the exception list.

I have not change anything from outgoing rules just run the comand that is at storj docs and at entrance rules added the ports 28967 and 28968. I dont hae any antivirus

Is the port on yougetsignal becomes closed If you stop the service on the PC with storagenode N2?

No it’s still open but i think it wont get closed because at my house i ahve two router to make wifi arrive to all the house and these 2 computers are connected to the second router and to make this port work i have to open it from the first router to the second and them opne it to the computer so it wont close

Then you must change the rule for the second node on the first router, it should forward the 28968 to the 28968 on the second router, then on the second router you should create rule to forward 28968 to the 28967 port of the host with storagenode N2.

And no, the port must become closed, if you shutdown the second storagenode. You can check that: please, shutdown both nodes, and both ports will be closed.

Ok done all the rule change and stopped both nodes and now both ports are closed

Now please, run the first storage node and make sure that its port 28967 is open and the second port 28968 is still closed.
Then run the second node and make sure that the second port 28968 is now open too.

Something is wrong i started the first node and both ports are open

then you mixed somewhere 28967 and 28968
On the first router you should have two rules:

  1. 28967:28967 --> 28967:28967 on (IP of the second router)
  2. 28968:28968 --> 28968:28968 on (IP of the second router)

On the second router you should have two rules too:

  1. 28967:28967 --> 28967:28967 on (IP of the first PC with storgenode N1)
  2. 28968:28968 --> 28967:28967 on (IP of the second PC with storagenode N2)

Lots of thanks for the help just found the error was at the first router now is online thanks for all your time
