Can you provid logs?
there’s a fairly large number of EOF’s under normal operation. the client just cancels the upload or download and you can’t really control it.
Look at your logs, as long as you see a large number of downloads and uploads actually completed (“downloaded” and “uploaded”) then that’s normal.
the hard disk utilization can hit 100% at startup (used space filewalker, can take hours and hours) and occasionally roughly daily when there is garbage collection (should be less than an hour). but if it’s just 100% 24 hours a day then something bad may be going on.

NFS/SMB/CIFS/etc. network filesystems are not supported and not recommended.
The only working network protocol is iSCSI, however, you would have high load and high RAM usage anyway due to added latency, unless you would use a separate network for your iSCSI.
Then your node is managed to lost or corrupt files. With NFS and unstable network is kind of expected.
