I’ve been having issues with my connection and have been offline a lot. I even got satellites suspended. I am going to safely assume a graceful exit is not going to work for me. That being said, how do I cancel the service? Do I just stop using it and uninstall it? My internet provider is not giving out the best service and they are often being disconnected.
You can restore the online score just keep your node online, then you can call a Graceful Exit.
If you do not want to receive your held amount and do not want to wait, you can just shutdown your node and remove related data.
