How do I view node outside of network

It working on Chrome and Firefox. Doesn’t working on Brave and Internet Explorer.

Also, please add an incoming firewall rule for the port 14002

Are you referring to the browser of the computer or the smart phone which is locally connected to the computer?

I am not aware of any smartphone that runs Internet Explorer. Unless you have a Windows phone then browser is least of the worries.

I would be very hesitant to do this as it exposes the node’s information to the entire world and opens up another vector of attack.

It would be better to use a VPN or SSH tunnel to access the dashboard.

I think this advice was only for the firewall of the node inside the network as the context was about access from within the LAN. Alexey wasn’t suggesting to expose that port to the internet.
