How is the data flow when I host Nextcloud at home using Tardigrade and access from other place

How is the data flow If I use Tardigrade for Nextcloud at home and access my Nextcloud from other place ?

E.g I am not at Home Open the Nextcloud app on my mobile and download a picture. Is the data going from the SNO to my home and then to my mobile or direct from SNO to my mobile ?
