All of the nodes should be updated within a week, so I don’t personally think you need to force anything.
As I understand it, if you force update, it means you bypass the cursor. If you restart or recreate the node, you could be downgraded to a lower version and the node crashes because of database incompatibility. You should let the cursor do it’s thing and update your node, to ensure that you can’t be downgraded.
