How to get zksync era STORJ token to exchange (Mexc)

Hey

I want to learn how i can get the storj token form zksync era wallet to a crypto exchange. I am using an enkrypt wallet,

If someone can explain to me how i can do this i would gladly appreciate it,
Much thx

You may send STORJ tokens via L2 zkSync Era directly to the L2 deposit address of the exchange, if it supports zkSync Era deposits for STORJ token (you need to check yourself with the exchange).
There are generally two ways to pay fee: using ETH or using STORJ. For the first you may click the Send button and provide an address (check the layer L1 or L2 and the exchange’s deposit address and make sure that they are accepting STORJ tokens to be deposited via the selected layer). If your wallet doesn’t support sending to L1 from L2, then you need to use zkSync Era Bridges.
The second way is to use a txSync portal to send via L2 or txSync Bridge to send to L1 address and pay fee in STORJ tokens.

I don’t see an option to convert to l2 Storj token

If you want to convert back to L2 from L1, you may also use the one of the bridges, but need to select the reverse direction - from L1 to L2.

Or do you mean something other? Like to swap STORJ tokens on zkSync Era directly to some other tokens? I think there are exchanges for that too, see Search results for 'zksync era exchanges' - Storj Community Forum (official).

My apologies, it was late when i wrote the previous message, the goal is to get storj token to a crypto exchange as cheap as possible. This is unfortunately not as simple as i had hoped. I am now attempting to use TxSync to transfer storj zsync to the ethereum network erc-20.

So from l2 to l1 erc-20
Hopefully it’s not selling the storj for eth

The transaction is currently in progress, but i am not sure if this is correct

A tangent, but has anyone tried symbiosis.finance? I have not.

It looks like it might be possible to swap storj on zksync-era to ethereum on zksync-era without a nasty fee.

And then it I see that you can use zksync-era to transfer ethereum into kraken. Might work on binance or okx as well (don’t have accounts there).

It’s like jumper.exchange, they just aggregate on-chain liquidity and bridges to find routes from one token and chain to another. They are likely using the SyncSwap pool to swap STORJ to ETH and then ETH to your destination token. I also see STORJ/USDC on OpenOcean which is what they are using under the hood for some of these swaps.

i can’t claim the storj, it wants me to pay fees in etherum when i dont have eth, I dont understand that i have to pay fees twice. once for sending then again for receiving

Seems you finalized the withdrawal. Seems you were not able to provide a different destination address on the txSync Bridge.

Hey,

i ended up depositing etherum to claim the withdrawl, my understanding is that its a 1 time fee to create storj erc 20 token adress. But then also i see its asking for another claim for a 2nd transcation.

No, the one time fee was on zkSync Lite network. On zkSync Era the withdrawal seems is a two steps for some reason, I didn’t find why. Maybe it’s just that bridge?

  1. Send to L1, pay with STORJ on txSync Bridge from the L2 address
  2. Claim on L1, pay with ETH on L1 address

I do not know what’s process for the other bridges though.
