At https://storj.io/blog/2019/01/new-guidelines-for-storage-node-operators-in-the-united-states/, it states that “The rule requires us to gather information on vendors (which node operators could be considered) that receive more than $600 in a one-year period.” If I qualify as such, where would I find the form and where would I submit it?
