i have noticed that this europe-north sometimes does not communicate or has any hourly bandwidth usage at all how would i investigate who is at fault if any to be placed
If it was something wrong with the satellite I think we would all be seeing the samethings. On all 4 of my nodes show the samething

what would cause this and how would i check
I would check your logs and see if there is any communication errors could be a dns issue could just be a bad route to that satellite, Also if the node has been offline for any reasons and missed an online check, I have been testing this on my test node to see how fast online times go back up.
