You can use the same email and wallet, but need a new node identity.
Just be aware that wouldn’t bring you more revenue. All nodes behind the same /24 subnet will be seen as one single “big node” from satellites point of view. So unless you’ve got a way to have very different IP addresses thanks to some VPN magic, this wouldn’t really be beneficial.
I would recommend sticking with one node for now, wait for it to be vetted, and make sure it works fine and is being really used. Then, in a few months if everything goes well, you may want to start a second node.

Then you can setup a new node the same way as you did already, generate a new identity, request a new authorization token, sign the identity, do port forwarding, setup and run the node.
You must use the same wallet for all your nodes accordingly Node Operator Terms & Conditions

Using the same email address for all your nodes is fine, no problem with that
