I requested an auth token, and got it within minutes. After I setup my first node, I wanted to provision another one on a different server, but I haven’t received an auth token yet (new identity is almost done rendering in the meantime). Are there some sort of normal/expected delays?

You can try signing up at https://storj.io/sign-up-node-operator/ again. It should send you the same auth token if it has not yet been redeemed

Just tried again about 15min ago, but still no email. I have full control over the SMTP service, and I’m not seeing anything being rejected. Where should I report the issue at?

If anyone stumbles on this, turns out you can only order one auth token every 24 hours from the same IP
