Hi
A friend has encountered a problem trying to mount a node.
He followed the steps to create an identity using the token that arrived in the mail, but when his node did not go online, he decided to format the PC and now when he wants to regenerate the identity with his token, he tells him that it is already In use.

What would be the solution so that you can generate an identity with your token again?

Since all data is gone, he needs to start from scratch starting with requesting new token. Token issued is for 1 time use. You can use same email to request another token. You will get newer token. Also a new token is given every 24 hours.
