if i lost my identity key,but not storj data.
can i use a new identity key for the storj data ???

Nope you cannot, You have to start all over an identity is tied to the data.

@Alexey if my node down for one day, It will affect my reputation. now the best way for me is use a new node ??

If you have been down for some time, passed vetting period and haven’t been disqualified then by starting over you loose held coins forever. Also the time getting closer to 10th month when you start getting 100% of earnings and closer to 15th month when you get most of held coins back.
You can check your uptime percentage in web ui dashboard. Your reputation will be restored with time.
