Is it possible to get the payout direct to Kraken?

Yes, but with downsides:

  1. You wilt gift them your payouts, because you do not have private keys from the deposit
  2. If you specify a wrong deposit, your funds could be lost.
  3. They can change the deposit address anytime without prior notification, if you did not notice it, your payout could be sent to the black hole.
  4. They can stop trading or stop withdrawal your funds for any reason to unpredictable periods.
  5. Any problem with tokens should be addressed to their support.
  6. They do not support L2 deposits, so you will be forced to do not opt-in for zkSync and your payouts would be subject to Minimum Payout Threshold: Storage Node Operator Payout Information - Node Operator

You can also use Metamask with the same passphrase. The Metamask is compatible with zkSync in case if you would like to opt-in for it.
