Is storj node on Ubuntu 22.04 stable?

If I follow the Ubuntu path for CLI Install | Storj Docs, will the resulting storj node be stable on Ubuntu 22.04? (Currently, the node is on an older Ubuntu box, which I would like to upgrade to 22.04.)

I have been running Storj on Ubuntu 20.04 for two years without a problem currently running on latest patches. 20.04 is supported through 2030.
22.04 was released less than 3 months ago, not sure if anyone has tested it.

Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-122-generic x86_64)

I upgraded my 20.04 server install to 22.04 last month,
Storj docker has been running fine. I’ve not had any issues.

*Remember to backup your system before upgrading, just in case.

@S0litiare Are you using the docker package from Ubuntu or the ones documented (i.e. from docker.com)?

It’s been a while since I actually installed it but I think it’s the official docker version:

cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/docker.list

deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/docker-archive-keyring.gpg] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu hirsute stable

I can confirm that the docker version for Ubuntu 22.04 from docker.com is stable for storj.

Was gonna say the pretty much same thing. Ubuntu is solid. Did not up to 22, yet, because of the long support. It is good and better run nodes as a service than with docker.
