Issue with Payouts and Held Amounts for Gracefully Exited Nodes

Hello,

I’m writing to discuss a potential issue I’ve encountered with the payouts for my nodes. The earnings from the previous month have been paid out, but I’ve noticed a discrepancy that I’d like to address.

Specifically, I’ve gracefully exited from non-client satellites on four of my primary nodes. However, it appears that the held amount has not been returned for these nodes, which is contrary to my expectations.

Could someone please look into this matter? Here are the identifiers for the nodes that may be affected:

All these nodes completed a GE from US2 back in June 2023, so you received their held amount for this satellite with the July 2023 payout, the GE from EUN1 they completed in July 2023, so you have received their held amount for this satellite with the August 2023 payout.

I would recommend to restart these nodes and check their dashboard → Payout information → Payout History for June 2023 and expand US2 satellite to confirm that the held amount is paid and check its transaction, and for July 2023 and expand EUN1 satellite to confirm that the held amount is paid and check its transaction.
