What is latest stable version of Storj for private deployment?

Could you elaborate more on what you need ? What do you mean by private deployment ?

I am actually looking for Storj as off chain data management tool of Blockchain. By private deployment, I mean creation of private storj network on local machine or cloud i.e. AWS instances

Yes …deployment on local environment

We don’t have any specific version for a local/private deployment.
The last release published in Github is the one that you should use.
