It’s not a required feature. But it’s requested by the Community:
I do not think that’s needed, because there are a lot of alternatives for that, especially if you use some GUI to run containers like Portainer, TrueNAS, Synology NAS, QNAP NAS, UnRaid NAS, Docker Desktop, Rancher Desktop, Podman Desktop, etc. However, there is no analogue for the text logs the same way without using something like Grafana Loki.
This would look like a complicated feature, which could possible affect the performance of the node itself.
