Hence a php implementation. Write your own 
Is there a dedicated library for php?
Maybe I will work on it to make a Laravel implementation.

Last message was in June, so maybe it’s time for an update.
Last I checked there was a dev working on it from Netherlands and made some progress but now I can’t locate any of his work.
This makes me wanna make it
