I have some issues with mikrotik hEX router port forward. Ports seems to be open/forwarded but still cannot be reached from outside. Any ideas why?

Could you please share screenshots about how you did port forwarding?
Check one more time port forwarding table, maybe you make some fail.
Question: external IP static or dynamic? …if dynamic, maybe its changed.
