Low throughput?

Not sure if I’m jumping at shadows here or not but the graphs of one of my nodes seem to be going the wrong way…

Seems to be a lot of critical failures recently
I know its only a small node but there are never usually critical failures

Should I be worried ?

What do you mean by that ?

In the upload and download results - the failed 129 and 49 - they are usually 0

That is perfectly normal if you see “error: context canceled” in your log for those failures. Did you check your log ?

PS: Upload/download canceled is when your node lost the race for that piece.

I did - the log is massive - I’ll have another look but yes, I accept that I lose the race quite often - they don’t usually turn up as Failed though - aren’t they ‘cancelled’

I wouldnt complain too much you seem to be doing ok getting 2TB of ingress in a month isnt bad. For tons of testing traffic. Your harddrive seemed to have gotten full from 1 month and its not even done yet.
Egress is a different story more competition to downloading from nodes.

You are right, I overlooked those. Check your logs for “upload failed” and “download failed” the log will show you what caused it.

Offtopic, but may i ask how you produced this output? I have seen it in some of the topics posted here and i would fancy seeing how my node scores in those metrics

search for successrate.

I found it, thanks!
