I have 2 nodes (the same IP, sam server, different physical disks) Normal success rate was 99%+. Last few hors I see:
Node1 (piecestore): ~85% on download, ~95% on upload
Node2 (hashstore): ~95% on download, ~80% on upload
For canceled downloads there is most often reason 'context canceled". For upload there is no reason.
Any clue what to check?
Nothing. Just stop to watch it 
If serious - it’s random, and depends on customers activity, which is not predictable.
Right now, some customers wants something fast, which your nodes are not capable. Maybe they are from a different continent.
I believe, that there is nothing to fix (unless your drives are dying, but it’s easy to check, S.M.A.R.T. and similar.
