Obviously this error message is regarding a satellite that has been taken out of service. So there is the question, if such a message is required or if there are ideas or suggestions to handle it otherwise. Personally I think this message has not much of a value given the fact, that the satellite has been permanently shut down.
Today it is just one satellite, but in the future, SNOs might switch satellites ran by 3rd party more frequently, which could result in more and more log entrys concerning satellites that are not relevant for the SNO anymore.
I don’t have a final solution but especially in cases like now, when a satellite has been shut down permanently, I question the usefulness of this ongoing and frequent information in the logs.
